Tummy Tea may assist you with the following:
- aiding digestion

For best results brew between 5-10 minutes. Make sure the water is just below boiling point (about 95°C) to maintain the maximum benefit of the herbs. Try pouring a dash of cold water over the herbs before adding boiling water. This will ‘wake’ the herbs and they won’t be burnt by the hot water. We recommend two teaspoons of herbs per cup (250ml) of water.
Approximately 50-60 cups per large jar and 15-20 cups per small jar.
TIP: You can steep these herbs a couple of times to get maximum benefit from them.
