Brewing guide
This tea is best brewed for around 8 minutes. Make sure the water is just below boiling point (about 85-90°C to maintain the maximum benefit of the herbs.
Try pouring a dash of cold water over the herbs before adding boiling water. This will ‘wake’ the herbs and they won’t be burnt by the hot water.
We recommend 1 heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup (250ml) of water.
