Inner Peace is a delicate blend of flowers and aromatic herbs that have traditionally been used to help calm an anxious mind, ease muscle tension, replenish and ground you when you are feeling depleted. Pour a cup, take a breath and enjoy some inner peace.

Brewing guide
Inner Peace is a delicate blend of aromatic herbs best brewed for about 5 minutes. Make sure the water is just below boiling point (about 95°C) to maintain the maximum benefit of the herbs. Try pouring a dash of cold water over the herbs before adding boiling water. This will 'wake' the herbs and they won't taste bitter from by the hot water. We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per cup (250ml) of water.
Serves
Approximately 50-60 cups per large jar and 15-20 cups per small jar.
