Brewing guide
Add 2 heaped teaspoons of Chai to 250ml of water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer on medium heat. Next, add 250ml of milk and simmer for about 5 minutes. Strain into your mug, add a dash of honey or maple syrup & enjoy!

Approximately 60-70 cups per large jar
TIP: You can steep these herbs several times to get maximum benefit from them. Simply pour yourself a cup, then add more boiling water to your saucepan and you'll find you get several cups from the same herbs throughout your day!
